Ingredients
  

  • 1 TraanPik Vegetable (Onion)
  • 5 pieces Treinspoor Hoender ( Chicken pieces)
  • Garlick & Lemon Hand Grenade Spice
  • 1 tbsp vampire afweerder (Garlic)
  • 1 Stock Blokkies (Chicken Stock Cubes)
  • Ouma Balls Chutney (Mr Balls Chutney)
  • Mamma se Gym juice (Wine that you Prefer)
  • 1 pack Vrystaat Nik Nax (Carrots chopped up)
  • 1 pack slap Chip wannabees (Baby Potato's)
  • 1 pack Why are your Mielies so groot
  • 1 pack Brussel Mussel (Brussels Sprouts)
  • 1 Green Pepper
  • 1 pack Poef Mossel (Mushrooms)
  • 1 Confused komkommer (Baby Marrows)
  • 1 packet Poef Mossel Powder (Mushrooms soup powder)
  • 1 Krokodil Trane (Water)
  • 250 ml Koeie Nipple Cream (Fresh Cream)

Instructions
 

  • Cut the Traanpik Vegetable up and Braai in the Pot
  • now gooi in some treinspoor hoender
  • just so that they get a little bit brown, like those tannies at the kaalgat stand there at clifton.
  • now gooi some the spice army garlick & lemon chicken spice to taste
  • now gooi some Vampire Afweerder, just for some gees
  • now add the Crazy Warrie sousie (Stock Blokkies (Chicken Stock Cubes & Mr Balls Chutney)
  • Mamma se Gym juice (Wine that you Prefer) add as much as mamma will allow you
  • Now add some Vrystaat Nik Nax
  • Now add the slap Chip wannabees
  • Add the Why are your Mielies so groot
  • add the Brussel Mussel (Brussels Sprouts)
  • Now add the Green Pepper and Poef Mossel (Mushrooms)
  • Then add the Confused komkommer (Baby Marrows)
  • Now add the Poef Mossel Powder (Mushrooms soup powder) & Krokodil Trane (Water)
  • and lastly gooi some Koeie Nipple Cream (Fresh Cream) and leave for 30min
